Agreements
- By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS.
- I am not responsible if you choose to not read the TOS before commissioning me as it is publicly available.
- Unless stated otherwise, I have permission to stream the commissioner's art in discord or twitch and upload WIPs+completed art to my social media.
- I have the right to decline or turn away a commission at any time. If payment was sent and I feel I cannot complete the commission for any reason that falls upon me, a refund will be given.
- Please credit me when using my commissioned work.
- Do not use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.
- Do not reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission. Please contact me beforehand if you plan to resell my work.Regarding Commissions
- Commission will only be started after payment.
- Contact me via Twitter DM to place an order or if you have any questions.
- WIPs are sent via pictures through Twitter DM or email if provided.
- There will be multiple WIPs and you have the opportunity to request changes during the Sketch and Flat Color StagesPayments
- Currencies are all in USD.
- I accept Venmo, Paypal, & Stripe
- Payment can be made in payment plans if asked, but the final commissioned file will only be sent after full payment is sent.
- The price listed is only the base price, they may increase due to the complexity of the character.
- Strictly no refunds. Unless I cannot complete the commission due to personal reasons.
- The refund amount will not include the taxes that Paypal charged.
All refunds will be sent through PayPal.
